STORE MANAGERS

Responsible for managing the total store operations particularly the proper management of company resources to optimize and sustain sales performance, competitiveness, cost effectiveness, customer satisfaction, safety and security of employees and customers.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/ Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/ General or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.

MERCHANDISE MANAGERS

Responsible for the development of buying strategies that align with the corporate strategy that ensures needed merchandise are at the best possible prices delivered in the right quantities at the right time.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Merchandising or equivalent.
  • Have excellent written and oral English Language ability.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communications, people skills with high customer orientation.

SUPERMARKET MANAGERS

Responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies and programs in the supermarket to continually increase market share and achieve sales targets, ensuring that customers are provided with the best shopping experience.

  • Must be a bachelor's degree holder of any four-year course
  • Preferably with at least a year's experience in retail (either depertment store or supermarket) or in any related business
  • At least 4 years of work experience in supermarket operations or retail industry in a managerial capacity.

SUPERMARKET FRESH MANAGERS

Responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies and programs in the supermarket and to continually achieve its periodic target sales. Ensures steady availability of merchandise that will give customers sufficient choice; Performs periodic sales assessments and recommends new strategies to strengthen customer relationships and penetrate new markets; Forecasts, analyzes, report sales, and overall business performance according to company requirements.

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related courses.
  • Have at least 4 years work experience in Supermarket Fresh Produce Operations.

HRD LIAISON OFFICERS

Responsible for the total HR management of the store operations from hiring, orientation and training, timekeeping, benefits administration, employee relations, implementation of company policies, rules and regulations and other HR related functions in compliance to the HR Corporate Policies and Procedures.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • High analytical, keen to details and can work in a fast paced work environment
  • Must have 1-4 Yrs. supervisory work experience specializing in Human Resources or equivalent, preferably in the retail industry.

STORE NURSE

Responsible for ensuring that customers and employees receive timely and appropriate medical attention especially in the events of workplace injuries and prescribes medical treatment and personal health care services to those who seek medications or consultations. Also, ensures the timely administration of employee benefits in the store.

  • Candidate must be a REGISTERED/LICENSED NURSE.
  • Patient counseling, First aid, Medical assistance, Multi-tasking
  • At least 1 year nursing-related work experience in an industrial setting.
  • Must be willing to be trained and handle all HR Functions.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs. experience in the retail Industry, but not required.

AD & PROMO LIAISON OFFICERS

Responsible for the effective and efficient implementation of promotional activities for Supermarket in the assigned store as planned/ directed by the Corporate Ad & Promo Department in order to achieve desired promotional objectives.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing, Advertising/ Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Good scholastic records, personable, sociable, with leadership potential, and above average oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to conceptualize and implement promotional advertising activities / programs for the store.
  • Work experience in the retail industry is preferred.

SIGNAGE ENCODERS/ VISUAL ARTISTS

Responsible for the timely preparation and production of signage to requesting parties to support the promotional activities of the store.

  • A graduate of BFA in Advertising Arts or BFA in Interior Design.
  • Fashionable, dynamic & talented with very good scholastic standing.
  • Skilled in conceptualizing and creating design lay outs for signage, posters, ads, billboards, etc. using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw and other equivalent/related software.
  • Familiar with conceptualizing, designing, and implementing window and in-store displays

VISUAL MERCHANDISERS

Responsible for conceptualizing, designing and implementing cost-effective window and in-store displays to create an environment that is creative, dynamic and entertaining for the customers, likewise, to establish and maintain a strong and consistent market identity.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Advertising, or equivalent.
  • High sense of latest visual trends and fashion, and has creative juice for conceptualizing and designing promotions for retail advertising; Familiar with conceptualizing, designing, and implementing Window and In-Store Displays.
  • Preferably with 1-4 years of work experience

BRANCH ACCOUNTANTS

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of reported cash and non-cash sales, prompt reporting of shortages/ overages and enforcing penalties for non-compliance to cashiering and POS standards. Likewise in supervising and ensuring the department’s consistent compliance to established company standards and policies.

  • Must be a Graduate of BS Management Accounting or equivalent.
  • With above average scholastic records
  • Good analytical skills, and very keen to details
  • 6 months experience in any accounting related field is an advantage.

SALES AUDITORS

Responsible for reconciling and ensuring reported sales based on counter transactions matches the total cash reported to the Vault.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

FINANCIAL AUDITORS

Responsible in promoting adherence to internal control policies and procedures and monitoring employee compliance with management control systems and procedures.

  • BS Accountancy graduates with very good scholastic background, CPA an advantage.
  • Analytical, organized with good oral and written communications skills

ACCOUNTING CLERKS

Responsible for the accurate preparation of information and journals necessary to produce the financial statements of store operations in accordance with established procedures. Also performs other accounting functions such as sales posting and payment of statutory obligations.

  • Must be a Graduate of BS Management Accounting
  • With above average scholastic records
  • Good analytical skills and detail oriented
  • 6 months experience in any accounting related field is an advantage.

CREDIT & COLLECTIONS SUPERVISORS

Responsible for supervising the daily operations of credit and collection and for implementing and monitoring credit and collection policies and strategies to improve cash flows and minimize exposures to bad debts of the store.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experience specializing in Sales/ Retail or equivalent.

COMPLIANCE AUDITORS

Responsible in promoting adherence to internal control policies and procedures and monitoring employee compliance with management control systems and procedures.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Engineering (Industrial), or equivalent.
  • Excellent scholastic background / Honor graduate, Analytical, Organized, with good written and oral communication skills.

PSS LIAISON OFFICERS

Responsible for overseeing and ensuring cost-effective utilization of the store’s assets and general supplies based on approved budget, likewise, in ensuring consistent compliance with the established policies and procedures.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or any related courses.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably with experience in a supervisory position specializing in Sales/Retail or equivalent.

COMPUTER SPECIALISTS

Responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining hardware, software and networks. Likewise, for providing technical assistance and training to end users.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • Highly proficient in Hardware troubleshooting.
  • Required skill(s): SAP, MS SQL Server, UNIX
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

ENGINEERING SUPERVISORS

Responsible for managing a team of internal and outsourced staff responsible for the operation, maintenance and upkeep of the facility and equipment in coordination with internal departments, service contractors and suppliers to ensure that the store in general is maintained aligned with the store standards and more importantly serving the store operation requirements.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Above average organization and leadership skills.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Retail or related field is required.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs. & Up specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

DEPARTMENT SUPERVISORS

Responsible in supervising and monitoring the sales objectives of the department by ensuring consistent compliance to standards and policies of the selling operations, likewise ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree, Finance/ Accountancy Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in retail or a related field.
  • Supervisor experience of 5 Yrs. & up specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

LOSS PREVENTION SUPERVISORS

Responsible in directing the implementation of security policies, programs, systems and procedures and the proper management and supervision of security force.

  • Must be a Baccalaureate Degree holder, preferably BS Criminology with above average scholastic standing.
  • Is a graduate of Basic ROTC, Advance ROTC training is an advantage.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year security and safety experience.
  • Industrial security credentials preferred.

CHECKOUT/BAGGING SUPERVISORS

Responsible in directing and supervising the checkout personnel of the location, ensuring the consistent compliance to check out and customer service standards to efficiently and effectively support the store operations. Responsible for managing and monitoring the checkout operations of the store, ensuring purchased items are checked and packed accordingly so that it can be transported easily and safely from the store to the customer’s destination.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course.
  • With at least 1 or 2 years experience in Retail store or industry, 1 year of which should be supervisory in nature.
  • Good interpersonal skills, adaptable and works well in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

CASHIERING SUPERVISORS

Responsible for managing and monitoring the cashiering operations of the store, ensuring the efficient and accurate recording of sales transactions. Likewise, in ensuring the consistent compliance of cashiers to cashiering and other applicable policies and procedures in the store.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course.
  • With at least 1 or 2 years experience in Retail store or industry, 1 year of which should be supervisory in nature.
  • Good interpersonal skills, adaptable and works well in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

SUPERMARKET SUPERVISORS

Responsible for directing and monitoring the proper execution of all phases of the department’s operations in order to sustain sales performance, competitiveness, cost effectiveness, customer satisfaction, safety and security of employees and customers.

  • A graduate of BS Marketing or any Business related Courses.
  • With at least 2 years experience in a Retail store or Supermarket industry, 2 years of which should be supervisory in nature.
  • Excellent executive management and communication skill, both oral and written.
  • Good interpersonal skills, adaptable and works well in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

SUPERMARKET TEAM LEADERS

Responsible for directing and monitoring the proper execution of all phases of the department’s operations in order to sustain sales performance, competitiveness, cost effectiveness, customer satisfaction, safety and security of employees and customers.

  • Must be a Bachelor's degree holder of any four-year course
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in Retail Industry (Supermarket)

BAKERS

Responsible for mixing and baking ingredients to produce bread according to baking standards and production schedule.

  • Must be an experienced baker of either breads, pastries, cakes or other baked goods in the Baking industry.
  • Must be very accustomed to all bakery ingredients in terms of prices and quality.
  • Good planning and organizational skills, highly creative, original and keen to details especially in ingredients measurement.
  • Must be able to recommend new baked goods so as to enhance assortment mix of products.

BUTCHERS

Responsible for inspecting, cleaning and cutting of carcass to its standard cutting size and style.

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • Work experience is preferred.
